6. Rhein- Main Cancer Retreat

A selection of our students at the RMCR 2026

This week, our team participated in the Collegium Glashütten as part of the sixth Rhein-Main Cancer Retreat, organized by the Frankfurt Cancer Institute (FCI), the Deutsches Konsortium für Translationale Krebsforschung (DKTK), and the Mildred-Scheel-Nachwuchszentrum (MSNZ).

The two-day retreat featured a wide range of insightful presentations covering diverse cancer entities. Our group contributed in particular on the second day during the AML session. Presentations highlighting our latest findings were delivered by Dr. Dirk Heckl, Sara Gama, Robert Winkler, Dr. Stephan Emmrich, and Dr. Eva Rettinger.

In addition, we were proud to present eight posters this year, showcased by the following students: Nina Murmann, Sònia Cases i Palau, Katja Rohde, Daniela Koch, Cihan Agca, Tairan Zhong, Marcel Müller, Ismael Almeida and Leah Schüler.
